This protocol sets out clear parameters at a national level for the relationship between Train to Gain and Trade Unions, setting a platform for the development of additional regional activity. It has been developed by national and regional LSC office colleagues with TUC representatives and builds upon the successful contribution of Union Learning Representatives (ULRs) to the Employer Training Pilots.
