Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) and Wales TUC have developed this code to help ensure high standards of employment practice and would like to see it adopted throughout the voluntary sector. This code is essentially a ‘signpost’ for employers, highlighting good practice and sources of more specialist advice. It will be particularly useful for small and medium sized organisations that may not have personnel or human resources staff.
