To support the Sector Skills Agreement, Skillsmart Retail has developed summary documents for the nine English regions indicating potential market opportunities. Each document includes information about the retail industry in that region (employment, number of enterprises, level of qualification of workers) as well as general indicators such as unemployment and inactivity numbers. These were developed in consultation with key regional partners and stakeholders.
