This TUC booklet promotes the range of skills initiatives that Union Learning Reps can access to promote paid time off to learn in the workplace. The booklet highlights the key role of the Employer Training Pilots and other government initiatives, such as the right to paid time off to learn for certain 16-17 year olds and also the new 'Level 2 entitlement'.
