This report gives the findings from an evaluation designed to: * Establish whether the programmes have met key milestone and outputs * Establish the impact on employers and training providers and the North West Wales economy * Establish what the additionality, displacement and linkage effects of the programme have been, and to identify areas of best practice * To explore issues for the future of the programmes following the end of EU funding * To explore the relationship between training providers, WEFO and the National Council – ELWa (former National Council for Education and Training for Wales, ELWa) in terms of project funding and delivery, and investigate issues of project management and responsibility
