This report looks at the question of how much employers are investing in higher-level skills and at the types of training and skills development being provided by employers. It presents the findings from a feasibility study undertaken by GHK on behalf of the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to inform methodologies for a proposed research study on employer investment.
