In April 2005, Estyn evaluated the progress made by schools in implementing the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales (ACCAC) guidance on the Cwricwlwm Cymreig from the early years to key stage 3. This report builds on that work by focusing on developments in key stage 3, key stage 4 and the sixth form in secondary schools. The report takes account of the impact of Welsh Assembly Government initiatives such as the 14-19 Learning Networks and the Welsh Baccalaureate Qualification.
