A new National Advocacy and Advice service for children and young people, backed with £459,850 of new Welsh Assembly Government funding has been announced by Children’s Minister Jane Hutt. The helpline will be the first of its kind in the UK to be rolled out on a national basis and will give children and young people the opportunity to get help on issues important to them if they feel they are not being listened to or getting the support they need.
