The School Effectiveness Framework has been developed by the Welsh Assembly Government in collaboration with key stakeholders. It sets out the vision and an implementation schedule for putting School Effectiveness based on tri-level reform into action. Tri-level reform is the whole of the education community (schools, local authorities and the Assembly Government) working collaboratively and in alignment. The Framework describes the key characteristics required to build on existing good practice and improve children’s and young people’s learning and wellbeing throughout Wales, and each partner’s contribution to securing that.
