In autumn 2010 ColegauCymru ran a Peer Assessor Training programme, on behalf of the Department for Education and Skills, to inform staff from the post-16 sector regarding the new Estyn framework and to encourage collaboration between providers in self-assessment processes and internal inspections. Providers can contact ColegauCymru to identify suitable individuals from the database to help bring an external perspective to their quality assurance processes.
