A series of four regional workshops will be held in February 2012. The workshops will provide practical advice and support in understanding the style, purpose and level of challenge in the PISA assessments and how PISA-style materials, used as part of everyday learning and teaching in secondary schools, can better prepare learners for this type of assessment and support a more expansive pedagogy. Secondary schools will be invited to the relevant workshop in their region through regional consortia.
