
Education Minister Leighton Andrews announced a major national conference on governance in Higher Education, his intention is to review Higher Education (HE) Governance in Wales.
The conferences, run by the Welsh Assembly Government’s Department for Children Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills, will provide clarity on the legal duties placed on schools and further education institutions, and practical advice on taking forward the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009.
