The recent guidance addresses additional duties on statutory organisations, particularly on child poverty, resulting from the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010. This guidance complements and should be read in conjunction with Shared Planning for Better Outcomes (2007) and Stronger Partnerships for Better Outcomes (2006) dealing with duties under the Children Act 2004. The original guidance remains in place.
