Since devolution, Wales has developed and implemented a range of pioneering educational policies including the Foundation Phase and Learning Pathways 14 – 19, which are starting to demonstrate tangible results…There are still elements of our education system which are not as effective as they could be. Many of these are complex, historical and will require structural changes.
