Each WBL provider was asked to complete and submit a self-assessment report by the 30th October 2009. Ymlaen Ceredigion have been appointed by DCELLS to help further develop ESDGC in WBL. This will include analysing the self-assessment reports to feed into a sector-wide report DCELLS will be publishing early in 2010 via the ESDGC website . This analysis will highlight emerging themes and developmental needs at a sector level, as well as identifying good and innovative practice.
To go hand in hand with the self-assessments, Ymlaen Ceredigion will be facilitating a number networks across Wales, specifically for WBL providers, which will be run by expert facilitators with a wealth of experience in ESDGC. The networks will focus on the tool-kit and will be interactive and responsive to the needs of providers. It will be a good opportunity to find out more about which areas within ESDGC work well, and work together to identify shared strategies for overcoming barriers.
